Led the change implementation for a new Grade Management System - a significant digital transformation project across 24 schools and five campusesDanielle created a new change impact and needs assessment, communications strategy, risk mitigation, and training curriculum within weeks. She also personally implemented all enterprise wide learning and development activities, plus go live problem solving and support, creation and editing of training and support material, board and stakeholder presentations. Plus the documenting and reporting clearly articulated issues back to the project team for continuous improvement, and Phase Two design development.The embedded change and widespread adoption of the program continued to garner positive reactions months after go live, and stakeholder take-up for the Trimester One exam period was 100% in 21 of 24 schools and the change program was recognised a best practice change with Griffith University.
