Led a cultural change program for Mirvac at Orion Springfield pre Orion's $154m Stage Two construction.Danielle was head hunted from IKEA to improve stakeholder relations with both retailers and the community. This four year cultural change strategy included improved communications, innovative and engaging community and sales orientated events, plus an overarching strategy that ensured retailers became partners in the centre's success, not adversaries.In Year Four, Stage Two opened, almost doubling the centre's sales and traffic.Danielle won/runner up and/or a finalist in every state, national and international retail award she entered over this five year period. These initiatives were primarily for community engagement and sales. She also won the Property Council of Australia's Academy High Achiever award in 2106.
